How to keep track of all your peptides in one place
No spreadsheets.

Running more than one peptide gets confusing fast. Here's a simple way to keep schedules, logs, sites and results organised, without a spreadsheet.

Why it gets messy

One peptide on one schedule is easy to remember. Add a second on different days, a third that's cycled on and off, plus supplements, and it quickly turns into notes, screenshots and guesswork. The common problems:

  • not being sure whether today's was taken;
  • schedules that clash or drift;
  • repeating the same injection site too often;
  • no clear record of when something started or stopped.

What a good peptide log covers

Each compound, set up once. Name, route (injectable, oral, nasal or topical) and the schedule agreed with your prescriber or health professional.

A tick for every dose. Taken, skipped or late, with the time. Over a few weeks this becomes a clear history instead of a memory test.

Reminders that match each schedule. Daily, set weekdays or every few days, separately for each compound.

Site rotation. For injectables, a record of which site you used last makes rotating sites much simpler.

Start, stop and change dates. The single most useful note, because it's what you'll want to line up against blood tests and how you've been sleeping and recovering.

Keep it next to your results

A log on its own only tells you what you did. Kept next to your blood tests, sleep and recovery data, it gives you and your doctor a much clearer picture of what changed and when.

Why not a spreadsheet?

Spreadsheets work until you're on the go. They don't remind you, they're slow to fill in on a phone, and they don't connect to your results. Most people stop updating them within a few weeks.

Where the app comes in

Biohack Tracker Pin map for rotating injection sites

Biohack Tracker is a peptide tracker built for exactly this. Add each peptide once, then:

  • tick doses off today's list in one tap;
  • get reminders on each compound's own schedule;
  • rotate injection sites with the Pin map;
  • see everything next to your blood tests, sleep and recovery.

Your data stays private to your account, and the app never tells you what or how much to take.

Questions

Can I track several peptides on different schedules?

Yes. Each peptide has its own schedule and reminders, and today's list shows only what's due.

Does the app recommend peptides or doses?

No. You log what you and your health professional have decided. The app keeps it organised and reminds you.

Can I log oral and nasal peptides too?

Yes. You can log injectable, oral, nasal and topical routes.
